Just like a house must be built on a solid and level foundation, so must our families.  As you build/improve your family (house) what components are necessary:

  • feeling safe
  • high quality food
  • a grounded belief system
  • physical activity
  • boundaries
  • chiropractic care (prevention & sustainability)
  • solid self esteem
  • creative
